Apparently, a lot!  The Chocolate Truffle has received notice that the name “Turtles” is a trademarked name that dates back to the early 1900’s held by a specific company and we are to stop using the name “Turtles “immediately. The rich chocolate, creamy caramel, nut pieces that we all know and love will be receiving a new identity.  After much thought, the new name will be Caramel Nut Delights!  We will continue the tradition of our handmade fine flavors featuring nut selections of almonds, cashews, pecans and of course dolloped with our creamy -buttery caramel and dipped in our decadent chocolate.  The irony of this tale, our recipe dates back to the early 1900’s as well – funny thing about a recipe, you can’t trademark it!
